# Product launch plan

Examples: Marketing

A whole launch run by a coordinated team — landing page, announcement, and SKU decision under one budget.

- **Produces, you approve:** ulpi produces and verifies it; the spend, send, or publish stays your call.
- **Evidence:** Judged

## Company brief

> Plan and produce the launch for our new DTC skincare line, ready for my go-ahead.

Produced by the Growth Marketer · Content Lead · Product Merchandiser

- **Budget cap:** $120.00
- **Cost / verified outcome:** $8.70

## Evidence

- **Verified:** Launch page returns HTTP 200 with the hero present
A deterministic check fetches the page ulpi holds and confirms the status and a required selector — a genuinely Verified artifact.
- **Recorded:** Announcement accepted by the provider with a message-id
This is a receipt from the email provider, not a proof — so it is Recorded, never Verified. And it is only recorded after YOU approve the send; ulpi does not send it on its own.
- **Judged:** SKU lineup decision approved and recorded
A human approval is an opinion held to the acceptance spec, captured as a decision record — Judged, not a mechanical proof.

## Acceptance spec

Passes if the landing page meets the deterministic check, the announcement is approved before any send, and the SKU decision is signed off by an authorized human.

## Why it matters

It is the clearest proof that ulpi is a company of teammates, not a wrapper. The mixed evidence is the point: a verified page, a recorded receipt, and a judged decision — each labeled for exactly what it is.

This is the flagship — a digital company, not a single task. A Growth, a Content, and a Product teammate coordinate under one budget cap: one ships the landing page (Verified), one drafts the announcement that waits for your approval (Recorded only after you send), and one captures the SKU decision (Judged). Each carries its own honest label.
