Ulpi charges a per-seat base plus metered usage. You bring your own provider API keys, and every run stays inside a budget you set.
Seats
Each human member of your company is one seat. Seats cover Home, building your company, approvals, and the operations surfaces your team uses to run the company.
Metered usage
Usage is metered per run — tokens, sandbox minutes, and run count — using your own provider API keys. Usage is metered once and shared by invoicing and budget caps, so what you see is what you pay.
Every run stays inside a budget
You set a budget cap; runs that would cross it are paused and surfaced for approval. Agents work autonomously inside the budget you set — they never spend past your cap.
Bring your own provider keys
Hosted runs authenticate with a metered, per-company API key you provide for each supported provider. Subscription and seat OAuth credentials are bring-your-own and run on a BYO Connector — never transported into a hosted run.
Supported providers: Anthropic Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Gemini, OpenCode, HTTP Bot, OpenRouter.
